A bending machine is a mechanical equipment used for processing metal plates. Its main function is to bend metal plates into the required shape or Angle by applying pressure.And Our factory has recently purchased a new bending machine.

The function of a bending machine

Flat metal plates (such as steel plates, aluminum plates, copper plates, etc.) are bent through molds to form V-shaped, U-shaped, L-shaped or other complex-angled workpieces.

The bending Angle and position are controlled through numerical control (CNC) technology to achieve high-precision and highly repeatable batch production.

It can handle metal materials of different thicknesses and hardness (such as stainless steel, carbon steel, etc.).

Our New bending machine that can bend 3meters long,100tons.Except new one,we toal have four bend machines,two machines that can bend 2meters long,70tons,and one machine that can bend 4meters long,130tons.So our factory specializes in manufacturing of different lengths and angles,such as ute canopy,toolbox and more ute accessories.
