This kind of tool box is the most popular in the market ,usually it’s made of 1.5-2.0mm mild steel Q235#,fabricated by laser cutting ,cnc bending ,welding ,painting  ,assembling and packing .Structure is strong and durable in surface and accessories ,so it’s safe to protect your tools .Further more , the price of this kind of tool box are the cheapest .In addition ,depending on the door assembling type ,this kind of tool box can be classified by flush door and coverage door .You can find their difference by following two photos .

This two types tool boxes are same in price and material ,difference is in door assembling , but I think flush door type is more safe ,as the groove between door and door frame is narrow ,so it’s very difficult to be pried.

2.Stainless steel truck tool box

Stainless steel tool box is made of 1.5mm 304# stainless steel as main material or door material. Or tool box body is made of mild steel but door made by stainless steel material ,all the door frame are severed by rubber seal and wire rope ,so it has good effect in shock-proof and water resistant ,water-proof grade can reach IP65 .Stainless steel material is more nice and stable on surface ,but price is too high .In order to balance the cost and customer’s different demand ,we designed a mixed steel tool box ,mild steel tool box boy with coating ,plus 304 stainless steel door ,looks very nice ,and decrease cost dramatically ,so more and more buyers begin to like this design .Pls check this two design by following photos.

3. Aluminum truck tool box
